Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Graduate degree in any discipline from any Indian University or Institute recognized by UGC/AICTE. Importantly, candidates must have completed their graduation as on June 1, 2025, but not before June 1, 2021.
• Age Limit: Applicants must be between 20 to 25 years of age as of June 1, 2025. Age relaxations, if any, will be as per government norms.

1. Online Entrance Exam (July 3, 2025):
   • 100 MCQs in 60 minutes (Remote-proctored via smartphone).
   • Topics: Banking, Insurance, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Digital Literacy, and English.
2. Document Verification & Interview: Shortlisted candidates appear at LIC HFL offices (July 8–9, 2025).
3. Final Offer & Onboarding: Successful candidates receive offer letters by July 11, 2025, and start training on July 14, 2025.
